In the January 2005 article by Vernon and Mrozek titled “A revised definition of manipulation,” acknowledgement of permission to use Figures 1 and 3 was not included in the published paper. This acknowledgement had been kindly given by the author, Dr Ray Sandoz, and the Association of Swiss Chiropractors for reprinting these figures from: Sandoz R. Some physical mechanisms and effects of spinal adjustments. Ann Swiss Chirop Assoc 1976;6:91-142. It was Dr Sandoz's wish that the title of Figure 3 be amended from the original. The correct figure title should read “Adjustment of the metacarpal-phalangeal joint under axial stretch.”

In the March/April 2005 article by Ferrantelli et al titled “Conservative treatment of a patient with previously unresponsive whiplash-associated disorders using Clinical Biomechanics of Posture rehabilitation methods,” the fourth author was incorrectly identified. The correct affiliation is Denis Stewart, MD, private practice of radiology, New Port Richey, Fla.
