In the article “Cost minimization analysis of low back pain claims data for chiropractic vs medicine in a managed care organization” by Grieves et al in the Nov/Dec 2009 issue (2009 Nov-Dec;32(9):734-9; doi:10.1016/j.jmpt.2009.10.001), the following clarification should be included: “Dr Pursel is the director of chiropractic services at the HMO that sourced the data.” In addition, Figure 1 should read as follows:
